  • Software capable of viewing PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  • Sufficient storage space to save Communications or a printer to print them

4. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at support@firmharbor.com. If you withdraw your consent, we may restrict or close your account, as electronic delivery is required for the operation of our platform.

5. Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current. You can update your information through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by contacting us. We may charge a reasonable fee for providing paper copies. Paper copies will be sent to the mailing address on file for your account.
