By accessing or using the FirmHarbor platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FirmHarbor Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may require you to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

3. Account Registration

FirmHarbor provides a technology platform for business management, including but not limited to analytics, client management, scheduling, and related tools. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan and account type.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringing upon the rights of others
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FirmHarbor Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirmHarbor Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
